Regional Cooking Class
We offer hands on regional cooking classes with our master chefs and bakers in the comfort of your home, rented villa or at the Sauced & Found kitchen in Naples, Italy. You will learn the basics of Neapolitan and Amalfi Coastal cookery while using organic ingredients from the finest local purveyors. You choose the menu. We provide the lesson, the food, the clean-up. and wine! After the class, we eat of course.
Pizza Class
No trip Napoli to is complete without a Margherita pizza! Better yet, a Margherita pizza class. Learn how to use the famous forno a legna or wood burning oven with a master Neapolitan pizzaiolo and then eat the results. We offer classes at our pizza studio in Napoli, but if you are fortunate to have a wood burning oven at your home or rented villa, we will come to you!
