Taste and tour the Amalfi Coast within the comfort of private coach, stopping along the way to sample local delights including Fiori di Latte Cheese, Sorrentine Tomatoes, Lemon Granita and Limoncello. Your guide will explain the rich gastronomic history of this storied stretch of coastline while you eat and drink to your heart’s content. The tour concludes with a full Italian lunch in a private farm overlooking the coast. Tours depart daily from Piazza Tasso in Sorrento. After enjoying a coffee beverage of your choice in Piazza Tasso, we head into the hills above Sorrento to explore a lemon grove. Here we will try lemon jams and tastes of limoncello. Then we make our way to the stunning Amalfi Coast with a panoramic stop in the splendid Positano. As we make out way down the Coast, we stop at Sammarco Cellars at the base of Ravello to try local Amalfi wines. As we head further up the mountains of Ravello we stop for a cheese making demonstration in the hilltop town of Tramonti, where we learn the art of Fiori di Latte cheese pulling. Lastly, we enjoy a farm to table luncheon with a local farmer at his mountain chalet overlooking the beautiful beach town of Maiori. Your full day tour concludes in Sorrento at Piazza Tasso.
